Please be aware that there may be import charges for orders outside the EU and it's the customers
responsibility to pay these charges.
Orders are dispatched the next working day and orders placed before 13:00
GMT are usually dispatched the same day.
UK orders usually take 2 working days from dispatch date, elsewhere in Europe delivery time is usually 5 working days. International orders should take 7 working days but can be delayed due to customs etc.
Please allow for extended delivery times during busy seasons.
Outside the EU there may be additional delays at customs so please bare this in mind when ordering.
Ordering early during busy times is recommended to avoid disappointment.

It's best if there is likely to be someone to receive your order at the delivery address as the parcels usually don't fit through letterboxes & may require a signature.
In the unlikely event of items being lost they will be replaced once they have been given reasonable time to arrive and the case has been investigated.

When returning items from outside Europe please mark the package
